1. Using the service
You may use Pluven Music on Discord servers where you are authorized to install and configure applications. You must follow Discord rules and applicable law.
2. Media sources
Pluven Music facilitates playback of content selected by users. Users are responsible for using content and streams lawfully and in accordance with the relevant third-party service terms.
3. Availability
The service is designed with recovery and 24/7 mechanisms, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Discord, media-source, network or infrastructure incidents can temporarily limit features.
4. Free and Premium
Plan scope may evolve with the product. Current features and limits are shown in the product or on this website. Features marked Premium require an active entitlement for the relevant server.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to bypass security controls, intentionally overload infrastructure, infringe the rights of others, or violate Discord or media-provider rules.
6. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access where necessary to protect infrastructure, other users, or compliance with law and platform rules.
7. Liability
The service is provided as currently available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services or for content selected by users.
