Discord server data
If you administer the server, send a request containing the Guild ID to contact@pluven.nl. We may ask you to confirm that you hold Manage Server permission on that guild.
User data
For user-related deletion requests, provide your Discord User ID. We will delete or anonymize identifiable data where possible unless specific information must be retained for security, billing or legal obligations.
What can be deleted
- server Player configuration and state;
- queues and playback history associated with the server;
- role, channel, radio and 24/7 settings;
- associated user identifiers in operational data where they can safely be deleted or anonymized.
Processing time
After receiving a complete request we will acknowledge it and provide an update on completion. Timing can depend on the scope of the data and any required authorization checks.
