1. Run /diagnostics
Run /diagnostics on your Discord server. It checks each Player separately, shows missing permissions and provides installation links for missing Workers.
2. Base permissions
Pluven Music does not need Administrator. The standard set is: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History, Connect, Speak and Use Voice Activity.
3. Contact
If the issue remains, email contact@pluven.nl. Include the Guild ID, Player number, a short description and approximate incident time. Never send Discord tokens, passwords or other secrets.
