Pluven Music is operated by Pluven. For privacy questions, contact us at contact@pluven.nl.
2. Data we process
- Discord server ID and name, plus installed Player information;
- channel and role IDs required for AUTO, RESERVED and 24/7 configuration;
- user IDs where needed to identify the requester of a track or persistent session;
- queue and playback metadata: title, artist, source, source URL/ID, position and status;
- Player configuration, guild language, plan/Premium status and branding settings when used;
- technical logs needed for security, diagnostics and incident recovery.
3. What we do not need
Pluven Music does not require Administrator permission or access to the content of ordinary user messages. Control is handled through slash commands, Discord interactions and Player messages.
4. Why we use data
Data is used to run voice sessions, maintain queues, recover playback after failures, enforce configuration and permissions, manage the server plan and diagnose problems.
5. Third-party services
Depending on the feature used, Pluven Music communicates with Discord and media sources such as YouTube, Spotify and selected radio servers. Those services have their own privacy terms.
6. Retention
Server configuration and operational data are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and recover its state. Technical and queue history may remain in the database until operational cleanup or deletion of the server data. We do not sell user data.
7. Data deletion
A server administrator can request deletion of data associated with their server. A user may also request deletion of data associated with their Discord ID where we can identify it. Data removal instructions.
8. Policy changes
If Pluven Music changes how it operates or what data it uses, this policy and its last-updated date will be revised.
